50BC #22 – Touch by Francine Prose

Title: Touch
Author: Francine Prose
Published: 2009
Summary: When an incident gets blown out of proportion, how do you tell lies from the truth?

This book was a short read and I read it in one sitting. I don’t know how I feel about it. Everything felt disjointed and even as the reader, I don’t know what actually was the truth. I don’t like that about books that have to do with accusations of molestation and harassment. The ending left me wanting a different conclusion; many people would say that’s the sign of a great book, but in this case I would disagree.
